If you typically cannot make it ON TIME (at least 5 minutes prior to class beginning), then you might need to consider a different time slot. ARRIVING LATE & LEAVING EARLY IS DISTRACTING TO OTHER RIDERS.
RESPECT FOR THE RIDERS around you will promote an invigorating ride for all; hygiene is very important.
TALKING during class is a major DISTRACTION. Reserve your conversation for before and after class.
Each instructor is different and UNIQUE, but each will deliver the same SpinZone level of INSPIRATIONAL COACHING you expect. If you have a request regarding MUSIC VOLUME or FAN SETTINGS, please let your instructor know before class begins. If you are new, or if you are an experienced rider, feel free to share this with your instructor so they can offer tips that can positively impact your experience.

NO PHONES or outside electronics during class session. Please leave your PERSONAL BELONGINGS in a cubby space so that your surroundings are CLUTTER FREE.
